Design as an ongoing arrangement instead of a single project: you bring the work as it comes and each request gets its own agreed timeline. Worth it when the need is continuous and the brief keeps moving.

Got Questions?

We believe in transparency. Below are the answers to what we get asked most about working with us. If something is still unclear, we are one message away.

Before you write to us

Most of what people ask before starting a project is here. It is worth two minutes: the more you know going in, the shorter our first conversation gets.

  • How it works — what happens between the first message and the first delivery.
  • What it costs — how we quote, and why no figure is printed on this page.
  • What you keep — the files, the fonts and what happens after launch.
How does the process work?

It starts with a conversation, not a form. We agree on what the work is and what it is for, we send a written scope with a price and a date, and once you approve it we start. You see progress as it happens, not only at the end.

How do you decide the price of a project?

By scope, not by hours. We look at what has to be produced, how many decisions it needs and how fast you need it, and we quote a fixed figure. Fixed means fixed: if we underestimated something, that is our problem, not a change order.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because no two projects of the same name cost the same. A brand for a new business and a rebrand for one with fifteen years of material behind it are different amounts of work. Rather than publish a number we would have to walk back in the first call, we quote after one short conversation — usually the same day.

How long does a project usually take?

Long enough to do it properly, and you get the date before you commit to anything. Every quote carries its own schedule, agreed with you and part of what you approve. Two things move a date: a change to the brief, and waiting on material from your side. Either way we tell you when it happens, not at the end.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

The ones the agreed scope needs. The quote says what it covers, so nobody is counting rounds in secret and nobody is guessing. What sits outside it is changing the brief halfway — that is new work, and we say so before doing it, not after.

Can I hire you by the month instead of by project?

For design work, yes — by the week or by the month. It is the same work, bought differently: instead of one defined project you get ongoing capacity, you bring things as they come up, and each request gets its own agreed timeline. It suits a brand that keeps needing things more than one that needs a single piece finished. Development, Labs and Games are quoted per project.

Can I combine two services in one project?

That is usually the point. Brand and website in the same project share decisions instead of repeating them, and it costs less than commissioning them separately. Tell us everything you have in mind and we will quote it as one piece of work.

Do I own the files when we finish?

Yes, and the editable ones, not just the exports. You get the source files, the fonts we licensed for you and whatever is needed to keep working without us. Nothing is held back as a reason to come back.

What happens after launch?

You get a clean handover: the source files, the licences we bought for you, and a walkthrough so nobody is left stuck. If you want us to stay on — changes, maintenance, the next phase — we scope that as its own piece of work. Both are normal, and you decide at the end rather than at the start.

Do you work with clients in other countries?

Most of our work is remote. We are in El Salvador and we work across the Americas and Europe, in English or Spanish, with meetings scheduled for a time that works on your side.
