The Cost of a Fast Yes

4 min read Neiyoz

Saying yes to a project takes a second. Saying no takes a conversation. That asymmetry quietly decides what a team becomes.

Nobody plans to become a team that does a bit of everything badly. It happens one reasonable yes at a time, each of them defensible on its own.
